I confess that Rebirthing and Xenia came into my life at just the right time! I was in total despair, I had reached my limits. I have done two Rebirthings with Xenia at this point. The truth is that whatever I say about this wonderful rare person and unique brilliant therapist will be very little. I met Xenia and tried her therapies in the most difficult phase of my life.

From a very young age I had many unsolved problems in my life which I nevertheless could endure. When I was 18 though, I put on 67 kilos ( from 53 kilos I went to 120! ). One illness came after another, everything was going from bad to worse. Whatever I say, the hell I lived till I was 30 years old cannot be described. I tried and my mother tried to find a solution but no-one ever, no-one, neither relative, nor friend, nor acquaintance, not the church, was sorry about me and my mother and so willing to help us! No matter how much we begged for help! My own father was swearing at me, my grandmother said I would die and my mother couldn't do anything to save me. People were teasing me and were indifferent to me and my weight and sicknesses. My youth was spent lying down, alone, scared, fat, taking medicines, in pain, with many other huge problems, hating myself.<\/p>

Until my mother forcibly insisted I go to a psychologist and I, to please her, went to Xenia whom I imagined would give me medicine and would a be cold, insensitive, older psychologist who would say I was crazy! This time though, for once, luck smiled at me in the face of Xenia. I met a wonderful therapist and a rare person, unique, who was truly interested, who was sorry for me and who helped me, not only as a therapist but as a friend. I am not a friend who is saying these things to advertise for her! I am a person who is honest and who truly once in her life met such a good person and such a talented therapist. 2 years have passed!<\/p>

Together till today we have succeeded in many things. To be exact, with her therapies she helped me to get rid of the lumps I had in my chest and in my womb, she helped me to love and to get to know myself better and I learnt about sides of myself of which I was not aware! I met and saw another style of life and this gave me strength and courage. She got rid of my pain, soul pain and mental pain and got rid of my stress and my sicknesses. She helped me to think correctly and to discover what it was which had created my fear of heights, my fear of the dark and my fear of men. She helps me in my work. To organize myself, to study, to develop my talents. She helps me to understand easily and quickly things which in the past I couldn't. She insisted on some things and she was right. She helps me to lose weight constantly and she helped me to find the reason I was not losing weight all these years. Her advice about diet and nutrition and exercise are invaluable. People are no longer disgusted by me, they love me, they find me an interesting person.<\/p>

One other of the basic things which I don't believe anyone else is doing, is that she teaches you how to heal yourself so that when it is not easy to be with her in a session then you can work on yourself until you can meet with her again. She is always with and stands by the people she works with, with a true interest, she is honest, polite, she has a heart of gold, she is smart, she is not out to take advantage. She helped me to understand that in life, everything comes down to us! The self-confidence, the willingness, the decisiveness that we have, go towards the fruition of our goals! With her character and her therapies, Xenia helped me love myself, who I hated, get rid of my fears, find love from others and find the right people for my studies. I felt some emotions for the first time and my mind was opened. Her therapies don't endanger health or life. The therapy she does with each person does not take a lot of time, even the self-healing exercises that she gives only take a little time and are easy.<\/p>

I have done two Rebirthings at this point.
